About AD Design

ADdesign, Full Service Advertising was founded in 1984 by Michael Agerton and Scott McIntosh. Our first client was a Toyota dealership in the hottest car market in the USA - Sacramento, California. Clients have included local retail accounts, as well as world-wide corporations (regional). ADdesign has always been heavily involved in automotive retail, we have handled local auto dealerships, automotive marketing groups, as well as regional automotive marketing groups. ADdesign specializes in high-energy TV and Radio Production, Graphics Design, Magazine Layouts, Brochures, Promotions, and more. If it has to do with advertising, we do it, or have the contracts and associates to get it done with flair!
